The Company may modify, improve, or discontinue features without prior notice.

5. User Registration

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.
  • Update account information when necessary.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

6. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate user records.
  • Assigning appropriate access permissions.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Managing visitor and employee information responsibly.

7. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

  • Use MaintenX for unlawful purposes.
  • Upload malicious software.

  • Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

8. User Content

Users retain ownership of the information they upload.

By uploading content, users grant the Company a limited license to process, store, and display such content solely for providing the Services.

9. Data Ownership

Operational data entered by an Organization remains the property of that Organization.

MaintenX acts as a technology service provider and data processor.

10. Privacy

Use of MaintenX is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Payments and Subscriptions

Where applicable:

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
  • Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

12. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

  • Apple Push Notification Service
  • Payment Gateways

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

15. Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted Services but do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily interrupt access.

16. Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

The Company employs industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. Suspension and Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Stop Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from the use of MaintenX.

20. Indemnification
